The Dreams We Carry- A true story

At the start of this year, I wrote down a quiet goal.
It wasn’t something I announced publicly or plastered on a vision board — it was just for me:

Be featured in a major national journal.

I didn’t know how or when it might happen. I only knew that I wanted to use my voice, my work as a vocal coach, and my online voice lessons to reach a little farther. To share what I’ve built with the people who might need to hear it — singers, artists, and anyone chasing something bigger.

And now… here it is.

Seeing that dream realized reminds me of something important — and maybe you need to hear it too:

The dreams we carry, the ones we sometimes tuck away or second-guess, are worth holding onto.

Not because of the recognition. But because they reflect years of quietly building something real.
Something meaningful.
Something rooted in students, in artists, in this amazing singing community, and in a space where voice lessons mean more than just scales and warm-ups.

If you’ve got a dream sitting on a shelf somewhere, dust it off. Say it out loud. Keep building, even when it feels like no one’s watching.

Because the right people will see it. And when they do — it’ll feel a lot less like luck and a lot more like showing up for yourself, over and over again.

Thanks for being part of this with me. Whether you’ve joined me for singing lessons, professional audition prep, or simply shared a stage or studio laugh — you’ve helped build this too.
